Since 2005, we've helped businesses worry less about technology and focus more on what they do best. In industry terms, we are an IT Managed Services provider but we are much more than just another IT company. We are a close-knit team of five engineers (internally known as the A Team!). We are brothers. We are a family. We enjoy our work but we really enjoy our lives; and we love that our work enhances our ability to enjoy our lives rather than detract from it. We grow slowly – intentionally – to be able to provide concierge-level service to our clients and maintain a high quality of life for us. Recent growth has been stretching our resources beyond our comfortable work/life balance. So we need to bring on another member to our merry band to maintain our ideal client support experience and high-quality of life for us. Over the last several years we've focused and refined our concept of how we provide our services and how we engage with clients – existing and new. We’re really excited about these improvements and we anticipate additional growth and opportunities.
Our current focus is to build out a more specialized helpdesk team. Currently we all work in the helpdesk and will continue to for the foreseeable future, but the goal is to build a team that does the lion’s share of helpdesk work to allow other team members to specialize and focus in other areas such as Technology Alignment, Centralized Services, and vCIO.
We are looking for another team member with Helpdesk/general IT experience who would relish the opportunity to become our Helpdesk champion, build the Helpdesk team, and mentor younger talent in the future.
We specialize in working with businesses who do not have internal IT resources and fully outsource their IT to us. We handle everything from network infrastructure and servers to helpdesk support and procurement to virtual CIO strategy. (No phone systems, copy machines, or software development)
We value experience over education and street smarts over certifications – but we’re cool with educated, certified people too. People skills > the ability to quote the 7 layers of the OSI reference model. (That > sign means “greater than” but it’s not funny if you have to explain it.)
