We believe in making every client's technology journey a success story. And we believe our own lives are a story with purpose. When you combine the best of your story with the best of our business vision, we create a powerful platform to help businesses and organizations succeed.
Since 2005, we've helped businesses worry less about technology and focus more on what they do best. In industry terms we are an IT Managed Services provider but we are much more than just another IT company. We are a close-knit team. We are brothers. We are a family. We enjoy our work but we really enjoy our lives; and we love that our work enhances our ability to enjoy our lives rather than detract from it. We enjoy serving our clients and we value the relationships and friendships we have built with our clients. We are humbled that our clients value us so greatly – to the extent that our clients have been with us for an average of over 8 years!
We grow slowly – intentionally – to be able to provide concierge-level service to our clients and maintain a high quality of life for us. We look for people who will fit well into our team and care about the things we care about. Things like:
Over the last several years we've focused and refined our concept of how we provide our services and how we engage with clients – existing and new. We’re really excited about these improvements and we anticipate additional growth and opportunities.
We specialize in working with businesses who do not have internal IT resources and fully outsource their IT to us. We handle everything from network infrastructure and servers to helpdesk support and procurement to virtual CIO strategy. (No phone systems, copy machines, or software development)
We value experience over education and street smarts over certifications – but we’re cool with educated, certified people too. People skills > the ability to quote the 7 layers of the OSI reference model. (That > sign means “greater than” but it’s not funny if you have to explain it.)
Also, people allergic to puns need not apply. #officeculture
So, if the opportunity to join our team sounds interesting to you and you consider yourself an IT professional with at least a few years of real-world experience, we’d love to hear your story. You can send your resume and cover letter explaining why you’d like to join our team to John Gerdes at firstname.lastname@example.org. We compensate well and based on experience.
